Program Overview

The MORE 2 US Peer Mentorship & Leadership Program is a rehabilitation and leadership development program designed to empower incarcerated individuals and returning citizens through structured peer mentorship, accountability, and personal growth.

This program creates opportunities for participants to step into positive leadership roles by supporting others through shared experience, guidance, and example. Through mentorship and reflection, participants strengthen communication skills, self-awareness, and responsibility while contributing to a supportive and growth-focused community.
