MORE 2 US is not a static organization. It is a growing movement shaped by lived experience, community need, and a deep commitment to accountability, rehabilitation, and long-term impact. As the organization continues to evolve, future projects are being developed with intention—ensuring growth remains ethical, structured, and aligned with the mission.
Each future initiative is designed to strengthen the support system surrounding incarcerated individuals, ex-cons, and their families, while maintaining clear boundaries, transparency, and sustainability.
One of the primary future goals of MORE 2 US is the expansion of in-person reentry services through its physical office. As capacity grows, MORE 2 US plans to increase access to case-style support for ex-cons returning to their communities. These services will focus on structured reentry planning, accountability check-ins, and coordination of approved resources.
The goal is to reduce isolation during the reentry process and provide consistent guidance during the critical transition period following incarceration.
MORE 2 US plans to expand its educational and rehabilitation offerings through additional workshops, courses, and structured learning opportunities. These programs will focus on personal responsibility, institutionalization prevention, life skills, financial awareness, and long-term self-development.
Future educational initiatives may be offered both inside correctional facilities (where permitted) and to ex-cons in the community, ensuring continuity of growth beyond incarceration.
Future projects include the development of expanded employment pathways and income-building opportunities for ex-cons. MORE 2 US is exploring partnerships and internal initiatives that support lawful employment, skill utilization, and ethical entrepreneurship.
The focus remains on sustainability, responsibility, and preparation—recognizing that economic stability plays a major role in successful reintegration and reduced recidivism.
MORE 2 US plans to further strengthen its Family & Community Support initiatives with a continued focus on child stability. Future projects may include additional family-centered resources, child-focused assistance coordination, and partnerships that support households impacted by incarceration.
All future family support initiatives will remain carefully governed, verified, and centered on the well-being of children rather than adult dependency.
Creative expression remains a vital part of the MORE 2 US mission. Future projects include expanding opportunities for incarcerated individuals and ex-cons to share their art, writing, music, and stories in ethical and respectful ways.
This expansion may include new media platforms, exhibitions, publications, and storytelling initiatives designed to humanize incarcerated voices while maintaining dignity and safety.
As MORE 2 US grows, the Ambassador program is expected to expand with enhanced training, oversight, and leadership development. Future projects include strengthening the internal leadership pipeline to ensure Ambassadors continue to operate as trusted representatives of the Founder and Board.
This expansion will prioritize accountability, consistency, and ethical service delivery.
Looking ahead, MORE 2 US aims to deepen partnerships with community organizations, service providers, and advocates who share aligned values. These partnerships are intended to strengthen service delivery without compromising independence or integrity.
All future projects will be implemented intentionally, with careful evaluation, phased development, and adherence to compliance standards.
MORE 2 US believes meaningful change happens through structure, patience, and commitment—not shortcuts. Each future project reflects the organization’s belief that people deserve access to rehabilitation, accountability, and opportunity without false promises or exploitation.
As MORE 2 US continues to grow, its future remains guided by one principle: there is always more to us than where we’ve been—and growth must be built to last.
