We would like to emphasize that due to the restricted environment of correctional facilities, inmates do not have the ability to access the internet or utilize WiFi services. Consequently, they are unable to independently register themselves on our platform. However, we have designed a process that allows family members or close friends, with the inmate’s explicit permission, to sign them up for our platform.
Once the registration process begins, it typically takes our team approximately 2-4 days to complete the creation of the inmate’s profile. During this time, we gather the necessary information and ensure that all relevant details are accurately represented. This meticulous approach aims to provide a comprehensive and reliable profile for the incarcerated individual.
To maintain the integrity of our platform and uphold the privacy of our users, we have implemented a verification procedure. Before any profiles are displayed on the platform, we undertake the crucial step of verifying the information provided with the incarcerated individual themselves. This verification process serves as a safeguard to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the profiles showcased on our platform.
