About Us

About Us

More 2 Us is a dynamic movement dedicated to uplifting and transforming the lives of incarcerated individuals and ex-cons. Standing as a beacon of hope, More 2 Us is committed to demonstrating that there is more to every person than their past. Our slogan, “More than an inmate,” reflects our deep belief in the potential and humanity of those we support.

More 2 Us is also proud to be recognized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This status allows us to expand our reach and offer tax-deductible donations and purchases, furthering our mission to provide hope and transformation for those we serve.

Our Vision

More 2 Us emerged from the vision of creating a platform where inmates can showcase their talents and reveal their true potential to the world. This vision has developed into a comprehensive website that allows inmates to create profiles, display their arts and crafts, and connect with those who believe in their potential for change and growth.

Our Mission

We are dedicated to the power of genuine rehabilitation and the potential for transformation. Our mission is to extend support beyond prison walls, helping ex-cons successfully reintegrate into society. Our objectives include:

  • Employment Opportunities: Offering job training and placement services to help ex-cons secure stable employment.
  • Educational Support: Providing educational programs to open new doors for those we support.
  • Housing Assistance: Ensuring access to stable housing solutions that offer a safe and supportive environment.
  • Rehabilitation Services: Addressing the root causes of incarceration with comprehensive support, including mental health services, substance abuse programs, and personal development workshops.

Our Platform

The More 2 Us platform is designed to empower inmates by giving them a voice and a way to express their creativity and talents. Inmates can create personalized profiles to showcase their skills in arts, crafts, writing, music, and other forms of expression. This platform maintains their connection with the outside world and provides them with a sense of purpose and hope for the future.

Physical Locations

In addition to our online presence, More 2 Us operates physical locations that serve as essential hubs for ex-cons. These centers offer job training, educational programs, housing assistance, and rehabilitation services. Our goal is to create safe spaces where individuals can rebuild their lives, gain new skills, and receive the support they need to thrive.

Our Community

More 2 Us is a community rooted in love and support. We understand the challenges of reintegration and are dedicated to walking alongside those we serve every step of the way. Our platform not only allows inmates to showcase their talents but also provides a space for them to introduce themselves to the world and build meaningful connections.

Our Impact

Since its inception, More 2 Us has profoundly impacted many lives. By providing a platform for inmates to share their stories and talents, we have helped change the narrative around incarceration. Our efforts have increased awareness and understanding of the challenges faced by ex-cons, and we have witnessed the positive outcomes of our support services.

Looking Ahead

We envision continued growth and expansion, aiming to reach more inmates and ex-cons and provide them with the resources and support needed for success. By fostering a community of understanding and compassion, we hope to create lasting change and reduce recidivism.

We invite you to explore our website to learn more about our mission, our community, and the incredible individuals we support. Together, we can make a difference and show that there is indeed more to all of us.
